Widely used in explosive hazardous areas such as oil extraction and refining, storage, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, textiles, printing and dyeing, military industry, and military facilities, where it serves as part of electrical control systems for command transmission and status monitoring. Suitable for Zone 1 and Zone 2 hazardous locations in explosive gas atmospheres; applicable to explosive gas atmospheres of Class IIA, IIB, and IIC; suitable for environments with temperature classes TI to T6; and applicable to combustible dust environments in Zones 21 and 22.
