Production System

The company has established a comprehensive manufacturing system that spans from critical raw materials and die-cast metal components to power supply production and final luminaire assembly, creating a unified, highly responsive manufacturing operation. To meet diverse customer needs, the company operates both fully automated, intelligent production lines designed for high-volume, high-efficiency output—equipped with state-of-the-art robotic automation and real-time online monitoring, achieving product pass rates of over 99%—and lean production lines tailored for small-batch, multi-variety manufacturing. The company’s ERP and MES systems are integrated throughout the entire manufacturing process, enabling automated monitoring, collection, and analysis of production data, thereby ensuring efficient, high-quality production and manufacturing.

Fully Automated Robotic Intelligent Production

Intelligent robotic operation and online inspection;

Fully automated aging and immersion test chambers for real-time, continuous monitoring of high-temperature testing, safety compliance testing, vibration and shock testing, accelerated aging tests, and IP waterproofing tests.

ERP and MES systems are integrated throughout the entire production process, enabling automated collection and analysis of production data across the entire product lifecycle to meet the demands of high shipment volumes and long-term orders.

 

 

 


 

Lean Manufacturing

Small-cell production is implemented, resulting in an extremely flexible production setup. Workers are proficient in multiple roles and production lines, enabling rapid changeovers.

Die-casting hardware manufacturing

The facility is equipped with four central furnaces, 28 state-of-the-art die-casting machines ranging from 280 to 1,600 tons, 200 CNC machining centers, and five fully automated powder-coating lines. This enables an annual production capacity of 100,000 metric tons for precision casting, machining, and surface treatment. In 2020, the company will invest in establishing a mold-making workshop to achieve end-to-end, specialized manufacturing.

 


 

Power sensor manufacturing

Equipped with imported SMT power-supply assembly equipment, fully automated Al insertion machines, automated production lines, automated aging chambers, and automated testing systems, and integrated with ERP, MES, and PLM management systems, we have achieved comprehensive, reliable, and cost-effective production of drivers and sensors.
