It is one of the key projects in Zhuzhou City’s initiative to build a national demonstration zone for a resource-conserving and environmentally friendly society, and is recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise.
Zopoise Technology is committed to advancing energy-efficient, low-carbon economic development. As an integrated provider of LED smart lighting solutions, the company combines LED technology research, green LED lighting product design, intelligent LED lighting control, and LED illumination projects. Its product portfolio spans industrial lighting, outdoor lighting, landscape lighting, office lighting, automotive lighting, railway lighting, LED power supplies, and other fields, backed by outstanding R&D and manufacturing capabilities. Product design emphasizes comprehensive performance attributes, including health and environmental friendliness, stylish aesthetics, scientifically optimized light distribution, electrical reliability, and a diverse range of intelligent control options. The company’s headquarters is located in the Zopoise Technology Industrial Park within the National High-Tech Industrial Development Zone in Zhuzhou, Hunan Province. It wholly owns Zhuzhou Zopoise Technology Co., Ltd. and Zhuzhou Lizhong Precision Technology Co., Ltd., and has subsidiaries in Shanghai, Shenzhen, Zhuzhou, and other locations.
The company operates in strict accordance with the international standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001, and has implemented the IATF 16949 quality management system, thereby establishing a comprehensive quality management system that encompasses all employees, all aspects of operations, and the entire production process. The company’s laboratory has successfully obtained CNAS national accreditation and is accredited as a witnessed testing laboratory by UL WTDP (Witnessed Test Data Program) in the United States, TÜV Rheinland, TÜV SÜD, and DEKRA in Germany.
The company currently boasts a highly capable team, including more than 20 industry experts with over 20 years of R&D experience in LED lighting applications. It has engaged renowned domestic and international expert consultants and established industry–university–research collaborations with numerous research institutions and higher education establishments, such as Central South University, Nanjing University of Science and Technology, Hunan University of Technology, and Xiangtan University, with a strong focus on core technologies for green, intelligent lighting. As an outstanding enterprise in Hunan Province’s LED lighting industry, Zopoise Technology actively participates in the drafting and development of local industry standards, thereby contributing to the advancement of green lighting and energy conservation and environmental protection initiatives.

2014
Company Establishment
In January 2014, Zopoise Technology (Zhuzhou) Co., Ltd. was officially established with a registered capital of RMB 60 million.
In May 2014, the wholly owned subsidiary Zopoise Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. was officially registered and established.
2015
In March 2015, the laboratory obtained CANS national-level accreditation as well as UL and TÜV witnessed testing qualifications.
In April 2015, hosted the Inaugural Conference of the Hunan Provincial Lighting Society.
2016
Strengthen the foundation
In 2016, it was recognized as a “Famous Trademark of Hunan Province” and designated as a High-tech Enterprise of Hunan Province.
In May 2016, the company took a stake in and established Zhuzhou Lizhong Precision Technology Co., Ltd.; in September, it opened a new factory building in the Power Valley.
In May and September 2016, strategic cooperation agreements were signed with China Southern Power Grid and the China Academy of Railway Sciences, respectively, and cooperative production bases were officially established.
2017
In 2017, the company increased its capital and expanded its shareholding to RMB 106.75 million.
In June 2017, a wholly owned subsidiary, Zhuzhou Zopoise Technology Co., Ltd., was established.
In October 2017, the first-generation smart manufacturing production line was successfully commissioned.
In December 2017, a strategic cooperation agreement was signed with CVC Weikai.

Steady development
In January 2018, it was awarded the “LED Floodlight” Application Technology Innovation Award by the China Lighting Society.
In March 2018, we wholly acquired Zhuzhou Lizhong Precision Technology Co., Ltd.
In April 2018, it was honored as one of the Top 30 Brands with Pioneering Value in the LED Industry and received the Gold Award for Pioneering Innovation in the LED Industry.
