Introduction to the Research Institute

Research areas of the Zopoise Technology Research Institute:
Fundamental research on LED lighting technology, covering such specialized fields as materials, optics, thermodynamics, light sources, power supplies, structural design, intelligent control, and industrial design.
The current primary research areas of the Zopoise Technology Research Institute include:
1. Research on the modular and unitized applications of LED semiconductor lighting, as well as its standardized interface technologies;
2. Research on the application technologies of new materials, new processes, and new technologies in the structural design, electrical performance, thermal management, and light distribution of LED light sources and luminaires;
3. Research on system integration technologies for smart control based on Wi-Fi and ZigBee in LED lighting applications, among others.
Introduction to the R&D Center

Research and development directions of the Zopoise Technology R&D system:
Design and development of LED lighting products, as well as research and development on the application of innovative technologies—such as advanced technologies, new materials, and new manufacturing processes—in LED luminaires. The developed product portfolio encompasses applications in traffic lighting, commercial lighting, industrial lighting, landscape lighting, and light sources and self-ballasted reflector lamps.
The current key R&D projects at the Zopoise Technology Research and Development Center include: LED street lights, LED tunnel lights, LED high-bay lights, LED gas station lights, LED panel lights, LED downlights, LED ceiling spotlights, T8 fluorescent tubes, LED linear lights, LED floodlights, LED wall washers, and LED point sources, among others.

Application of Enhanced Hot-and-Cold Air Convection Structure Technology
Convection currents generated by the rotation of the exhaust fan cause air to flow through the copper tubes, accelerating heat dissipation from the radiator and enhancing its cooling performance for the light source assembly and the power supply.
