R&D system

Its R&D center comprises a Research Institute (responsible for new‑product development and fundamental research), an Application Technology Support Department, a Project Management Department, a Product Design Department, and a Technical Support Department, boasting world‑class R&D capabilities in the LED lighting sector.
Production system
The company operates a comprehensive manufacturing system that spans from critical raw materials and die-cast hardware components to power supply production and luminaire assembly, forming a unified, rapidly responsive manufacturing framework. To meet diverse customer needs, the company employs both fully automated, intelligent production lines designed for high-volume, high-efficiency output—equipped with state-of-the-art robots and in-line monitoring, achieving a product pass rate of over 99%—and lean production lines tailored for small-batch, multi‑variety operations. The company’s ERP and MES systems integrate across the entire manufacturing process, enabling automated monitoring, data collection, and analysis, thereby ensuring efficient, high‑quality production and manufacturing.
Testing Center
The Testing Center of Zopoise Technology (Zhuzhou) Co., Ltd. covers an area of over 3,000 square meters and is equipped with a wide array of advanced domestic and international testing instruments, including equipment from Everfine, Tektronix, Fluke, Agilent, and R&S (ROHDE & SCHWARZ), with a total value exceeding RMB 30 million.
