The housing is die-cast from aluminum alloy, with a shot-blasted surface finish followed by electrostatic powder coating, offering high strength, excellent heat dissipation, and strong corrosion resistance. The transparent cover is made of tempered glass, featuring high-temperature resistance, superior thermal stability, high light transmittance, and outstanding impact resistance. All mating surfaces of the luminaire are equipped with robust sealing structures, using silicone rubber seals that are both heat-resistant and aging-resistant, ensuring excellent dustproof and waterproof performance with an IP66 protection rating. The luminaire employs LED light sources from internationally renowned brands and is fitted with a custom-designed constant-current driver that provides open-circuit, short-circuit, and overheat protection, guaranteeing reliable operation and fully leveraging the LED’s high luminous efficacy, energy efficiency, and long service life. A variety of beam angles are available to meet the photometric requirements of diverse lighting environments, thereby broadening the product’s application scope. The luminaire also supports integrated lighting control, with built-in IoT wireless connectivity for smart control.
