The lamp body is made of high-strength die-cast aluminum alloy. All exposed fasteners are fabricated from 304 stainless steel with superior corrosion resistance. The components are produced via one-step die casting, resulting in a smooth surface and a fine-grained metallic microstructure. Every fastener is equipped with measures to prevent self-loosening, ensuring tight assembly and eliminating internal porosity and sand holes. The enclosure is robust, with high strength and excellent impact resistance. A high-borosilicate, physically tempered glass transparent cover is used, offering a light transmittance of over 85% and outstanding optical performance; the surface undergoes high-speed shot blasting followed by high-voltage electrostatic powder coating to achieve superior durability. This transparent cover is designed to withstand impacts of up to 4 joules, exhibits excellent thermal stability and resistance to thermal deformation, and is further enhanced through spray-plastic coating for improved light transmission. The patented exterior design ensures that dust does not accumulate during normal operation. The luminaire features an intrinsically safe, explosion-proof structure, incorporating both flange-type and threaded-type flameproof joints to guarantee reliable explosion protection. The light source chamber and power supply chamber are separated, with indirect wiring introduced to enhance reliability. An independent wiring compartment is provided, while the light source chamber incorporates a well-designed heat-dissipation structure—featuring cooling fins—to efficiently remove heat from the light source chamber, ensuring dependable operation under vibration. Specialized wiring terminals simplify installation and maintenance, while also providing anti-loosening and anti-vibration features. The luminaire delivers high luminous efficacy, high utilization efficiency, optimized light distribution, and uniform illuminance. It is equipped with CREE-brand LED light sources that emit unidirectional, evenly distributed, and soft light. Its robust, highly protected design offers resistance to water jets and rain, prevents dust ingress, and achieves an IP66 protection rating. The product is environmentally friendly and complies with green standards. The luminaire supports cable entry without restriction and can be installed using either cable or steel conduit; the inlet size is 3/4 inch. It is powered by a proprietary constant-current, constant-voltage driver from Maoshuo, featuring wide input voltage range and constant power output, making it a patented product whose imitation will be prosecuted. The driver provides multiple protective functions, including constant current control, surge protection, overcurrent protection, open-circuit protection, and short-circuit protection, along with interference-resistant grid design and rapid start-up.
