The housing is die-cast from aluminum alloy and undergoes shot-blasting for surface treatment; the high-pressure transparent cover is made of high-strength tempered glass with a light transmittance of 90%. The surface is coated with electrostatic powder coating, providing excellent impact resistance and ensuring reliable operation under harsh conditions such as prolonged exposure to sunlight, rain, and snow. The luminaire is equipped with a photocontrol automatic switch that activates based on ambient brightness. Its highly protective structural design includes aging-resistant silicone rubber sealing gaskets, ensuring tight sealing and high reliability, with an ingress protection rating of IP66. The LED light source is supplied by leading brands such as Cree, Osram, and Philips. The LED driver (constant-current power supply) is certified under China’s 3C certification system, delivering unidirectional illumination with uniform, soft light and an initial luminous efficacy exceeding 120 lm/W. The service life is long, no less than 50,000 hours. The explosion-proof luminaire has undergone explosion-proof testing by a nationally designated inspection agency and obtained an explosion-proof certificate, with the explosion-proof marking complying with relevant standards and the “Specification Table for Explosion-Proof Luminaires Procured by the Sinopec Framework.” The luminaire body is manufactured via high-pressure die casting of high-strength cast aluminum alloy, featuring a smooth surface and fine-grained metallic microstructure. It is produced in accordance with the drawings and technical documentation approved during explosion-proof testing. The housing is formed in a single die-casting process, with a smooth surface, dense metal structure, and no internal porosity or sand holes, resulting in high strength and excellent impact resistance. This is a patented product; counterfeiting will be prosecuted. The performance is outstanding: after high-speed shot blasting, the surface undergoes high-voltage electrostatic powder coating.
