BLZD-1 LED Explosion-Proof Marker Light

The explosion-proof marker light consists primarily of two main sections: the light-source chamber and the wiring chamber. The lamp body is die-cast from high-strength aluminum alloy and features a powder-coated surface finish to enhance corrosion resistance. The marker light employs light-emitting diodes (LEDs) as the light source, which emit unidirectional, uniform, and soft illumination with high luminous efficacy and excellent color rendering. LEDs also offer long service life, are environmentally friendly, and provide outstanding energy efficiency, low heat generation, and high brightness—advantages that significantly reduce the need for frequent light-source replacements. The wiring chamber is equipped with compact ceramic terminal blocks, which not only ensure convenient wiring but also optimize internal space, resulting in a more compact overall product design. At the contact interface between the pressure frame and the tempered glass, a circumferential foam rubber gasket is used for cushioning, preventing direct hard contact and thereby reducing the risk of tempered-glass breakage during transportation and providing superior protection during transit. The luminaire is fitted with three-color indicator lights—main power, charging, and fault—to enable users to monitor the operating status of the marker light at all times. It also includes self-diagnostic functions such as monthly and annual inspections, along with a test button that allows users to perform independent functional checks and verify the integrity of the device. Additionally, the luminaire is equipped with an explosion-proof buzzer having a sound pressure level of 65–85 dB; when a fault occurs, the buzzer emits a fault alarm signal once per minute, lasting 1–3 seconds each time, to promptly alert users to perform maintenance. All mating surfaces of the luminaire are sealed with robust sealing structures, utilizing silicone rubber seals that exhibit excellent high-temperature resistance and aging durability, while the enclosure achieves an IP66 protection rating, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.
