The housing is die-cast from aluminum alloy, with a shot-blasted surface finish followed by electrostatic powder coating, offering high strength, excellent heat dissipation, and strong corrosion resistance. The panel is made of tempered glass with silk-screen printing, providing superior high-temperature resistance, thermal stability, high light transmittance, and impact resistance. All mating surfaces of the luminaire are equipped with robust sealing structures, using silicone rubber seals that are heat-resistant and aging-resistant, ensuring outstanding dustproof and waterproof performance with an enclosure protection rating of IP66. The luminaire employs LED light sources from internationally renowned brands, delivering high brightness, clear illumination, reliable operation, and long service life. An intelligent control circuit design incorporates three-color indicator lights for main power, charging, and fault status, along with fault alarm functionality and monthly, annual, and self-check features, as well as overcharge and overdischarge protection. A user-test button is provided for self-inspection of the luminaire. High-energy batteries are used, offering large capacity, extended service life, and low self-discharge rates. An explosion-proof buzzer with a sound pressure level of 65–85 dB is installed; when a fault occurs, the luminaire emits a fault alert tone once per minute and flashes a yellow indicator light to prompt timely maintenance.
