The luminaire is equipped with LED light sources from internationally renowned brands, featuring unidirectional emission, uniform and soft illumination, high luminous efficacy, excellent color rendering, long service life, and environmental friendliness. The reflector cup has been specially designed for optimal light distribution and undergoes advanced surface treatment, delivering outstanding reflectivity. The luminaire incorporates a built-in explosion-proof constant-current power supply with high precision, providing overcurrent, open-circuit, short-circuit, and over-temperature protection. It uses high-energy batteries with large capacity, long service life, and low self-discharge. A tri-color indicator—main power, charging, and fault—ensures users can readily monitor the luminaire’s operating status at all times. An explosion-proof buzzer with a sound pressure level of 65–85 dB is installed; when a fault occurs, it emits a fault alarm once per minute, lasting 1–3 seconds, accompanied by a flashing yellow indicator light, to promptly alert users to perform maintenance. The luminaire boasts an emergency switching time of no more than 0.25 seconds, providing ultra-fast response and robust safety assurance. The housing is die-cast from high-strength, impact-resistant aluminum alloy, followed by polishing and high-voltage electrostatic powder coating to further enhance corrosion resistance. The light-transmitting protective cover is made of high-strength tempered glass, offering exceptional impact resistance, high-temperature and cold-resistance, and strong corrosion protection.
