The housing is die-cast from aluminum alloy, with a shot-blasted surface finish followed by electrostatic powder coating, offering high strength, excellent heat dissipation, and strong corrosion resistance. The transparent cover is made of tempered glass, featuring high-temperature resistance, good thermal stability, high light transmittance, and superior impact resistance. All mating surfaces of the luminaire are equipped with robust sealing structures, using silicone rubber seals that are heat-resistant and aging-proof, providing outstanding dustproof and waterproof performance with an enclosure protection rating of IP66. The luminaire employs LED light sources from internationally renowned brands, delivering high luminous efficacy, energy savings, excellent reliability, and long service life. A professionally designed reflector cup ensures glare-free light distribution, soft illumination, and high reflectance efficiency. An intelligent control circuit is incorporated, complete with three-color indicator lights for mains power, charging, and fault conditions. The unit includes fault alarm functionality, as well as monthly, annual, and self-check features, along with overcharge and overdischarge protection. A user-test button is provided for self-inspection of the luminaire. High-energy batteries are used, offering large capacity, long service life, and low self-discharge. An explosion-proof buzzer with a sound pressure level of 65–85 dB is installed; when a fault occurs, the luminaire emits a fault-alert tone once per minute and flashes a yellow indicator light to prompt timely maintenance.
