The housing is die-cast from aluminum alloy, offering high strength and impact resistance; after shot-blasting treatment, it undergoes high-voltage electrostatic powder coating to enhance corrosion resistance. The light-transmitting protective cover is made of a transparent material that boasts excellent impact resistance, high-temperature and cold-resistance, and superior corrosion protection, capable of withstanding an external impact energy of 4 joules. The luminaire is equipped with an internationally branded LED light source that emits unidirectional light, delivering uniform, soft illumination, high luminous efficacy, excellent color rendering, long service life, and environmental friendliness. The luminaire incorporates multiple protection circuits and features automatic soft-start control to protect against transient high-current surges, thereby extending the lifespan of the light source. When interconnected in a daisy-chain configuration, the distance between any two luminaires shall not exceed 100 meters. Equipped with an integrated chip, the luminaire includes multiple protection circuits and can be synchronized via a dedicated synchronization signal cable to achieve coordinated flashing among multiple obstruction lights; alternatively, a wireless synchronization mode is available upon request, facilitating installation and maintenance. The luminaire also automatically switches on and off based on ambient brightness, ensuring high reliability. Its robust, high-protection structural design includes aging-resistant silicone rubber sealing gaskets, achieving an ingress protection rating of IP66. Optional solar panels can be installed to power the aviation obstruction lights, providing an energy-efficient, environmentally friendly solution. All exposed fasteners are made of high-corrosion-resistant stainless steel, and cable routing is carefully designed for durability and ease of maintenance.
