The housing is die-cast from aluminum alloy, with a shot-blasted surface finish followed by electrostatic powder coating, offering high strength, excellent heat dissipation, and superior corrosion resistance. The tempered glass transparent cover ensures reliable operation under harsh conditions such as intense sunlight, rain, snow, and hail. The robust, high-protection structural design incorporates aging-resistant silicone rubber sealing gaskets, meeting the IP66 protection rating. Equipped with long-life, high-brightness LED light sources, these luminaires feature low power consumption, exceptional brightness, and a service life of up to 100,000 hours, effectively satisfying energy-saving and environmental protection requirements. An integrated driver chip provides multiple protection circuits, and synchronous flashing among multiple luminaires can be achieved via synchronized signal wiring. A wireless synchronization mode is also available upon customer request, simplifying installation and operation. The explosion-proof aviation flashing obstruction lights are offered in low- and medium-intensity versions, with a selectable flashing frequency of 20–60 flashes per minute. Optional solar-powered models, equipped with solar panels for autonomous operation, provide more than 15 hours of illumination on a single charge; please specify this requirement when placing your order. Wiring can be implemented using steel conduit or cable.
