Looking Back on the Past, Looking Ahead to the Future—Zopoise Technology’s 2020 Outstanding Employee Recognition Ceremony

At 5:00 p.m. on March 11, 2021, representatives of our company’s employees convened an awards ceremony in the conference hall to recognize outstanding performers for 2020. Attending the ceremony were General Manager Tan and General Manager Zhou from the General Management Office, General Manager Li from the Quality Center, General Manager Kang from the R&D Center, and General Manager Zhong from the Finance Center.

At the meeting, Mr. Kang from the R&D Center, Mr. Li from the Quality Center, and Manager Li from the Sales Department each provided a summary of the operational performance for February 2021, covering sales and shipments, project R&D, new customer acquisition trends, handling of quality-related customer complaints, and major quality anomalies. They also outlined the strategic roadmap for future development. In 2021, the R&D Center and the Quality Center will continue to leverage synergies across product development, manufacturing, and after-sales service, relentlessly pursue process improvements, enhance product quality and shipping efficiency, and provide robust support for the execution of sales activities throughout the year.

Subsequently, Mr. Zhou from the General Office presented a summary report on the company’s achievements in 2020: he commended the contributions made by all functional departments to this year’s results and emphasized that, in the new year, the company must strengthen its efforts in areas such as employee management, product innovation, and market development, with the aim of comprehensively enhancing corporate competitiveness and brand influence and thereby accelerating the company’s rapid growth and expansion.

The company’s growth and development would be impossible without the hard work of all our employees and the support of our partners. In 2020, a number of outstanding employees emerged, making exceptional contributions to the company’s progress. Mr. Chen, Manager of the Human Resources Department, then read out the “Decision on the 2020 Outstanding Employee Recognition Awards of Zopoise Technology.” Finally, Mr. Zhou from the General Office presented certificates to the recipients of the Annual Outstanding Communist Party Member Award, the Annual Outstanding Management Cadre Award, the Annual Outstanding Employee Award, and the Annual Model Worker Award, fully recognizing their achievements and offering them high praise. We hope that all employees will take these honored individuals as role models.
