Following the assistant-teaching activity, everyone proceeded to the Pawan Village Comprehensive Service Center to listen to a Party lecture delivered by Comrade Chen Heping, Secretary of the Pawan Village Party Branch. Previously serving as the Deputy Director of the Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision, Comrade Chen retired and, in response to the organization’s call, took up the post of Secretary of the Pawan Village Party Branch, where he has now worked for more than three years. He expounded on Xi Jinping’s thought on poverty alleviation, provided an update on Pawan Village’s poverty-relief efforts, and shared his personal reflections and insights based on his own work experience.

On this occasion, five primary-level Party organizations under the Municipal State Investment Group joined forces with Puvan Village to jointly organize a themed Party Day event titled “Caring for Puvan: Compassionate Support for Education,” coupled with poverty-relief and education-assistance initiatives. This initiative fully demonstrates the rallying power of the Party Committee of the Municipal State Investment Group and the cohesive strength of its grassroots Party organizations. The students who received assistance not only benefited from material support but also from profound moral encouragement. Moreover, this spiritual nourishment extends far beyond the recipients themselves; it will undoubtedly serve as a lasting spiritual asset, nurturing the growth and development of countless students, inspiring them to study diligently, pursue knowledge with perseverance, achieve academic success, and consciously apply their talents and wisdom to benefit their hometowns, express gratitude to their roots, and give back to society.
