Zopoise Technology (Zhuzhou) Co., Ltd. Holds a Meeting to Deploy Work on Building a Clean and Honest Party Style and Integrity

On the afternoon of August 28, Zopoise Technology (Zhuzhou) Co., Ltd. convened its first meeting in 2019 on the deployment of Party conduct and integrity building, during which it conducted an in-depth study of the CPC Zhuzhou State-owned Investment Group Commission for Discipline Inspection’s notice on the issuance of the “Detailed Rules for the Assessment of the Accountability System for Party Conduct and Integrity Building in 2019” and the CPC Zhuzhou State-owned Investment Group Committee’s notice on the issuance of the “Implementation Plan for the Focused Rectification of Formalism and Bureaucracy.”

At the meeting, Li Ji, Chairman of the Company and Secretary of the Party Branch, delivered an important speech on “Work Arrangements for Building a Clean and Honest Party Style in 2019.” He pointed out that, during the first half of the year, under the leadership of the higher-level Party Committee and Commission for Discipline Inspection, the Company’s Party Branch focused on the company’s central tasks, resolutely implemented the requirements for strict Party governance, fully performed the duties prescribed by the Party Constitution, shouldered the “two responsibilities,” strengthened supervision, disciplinary enforcement, and accountability, and thereby provided strong guarantees for controlling integrity risks and enhancing the quality of the company’s development. The Company’s Party Branch, all functional departments, and all subsidiaries made active contributions to implementing the various tasks assigned by the higher-level Party Committee and Commission for Discipline Inspection, ensuring the steady and sustained progress of all work and achieving notable results.

Finally, Li Ji put forward several recommendations on how to effectively advance the Party’s conduct and integrity building in 2019. First, we must maintain a firm political stance, shoulder the “two responsibilities,” and comprehensively push forward the work of Party conduct and integrity building to greater depths. The company’s efforts in this area must be guided by the Party’s political development, fostering a sound political environment; they must be deeply integrated with the company’s operations and management, thereby promoting healthy, stable, and harmonious corporate reform and development; and they must focus on the “two responsibilities” to usher in a new pattern of exercising full and rigorous governance over the Party. Second, we must consolidate our ideological foundation, uphold proper conduct, enforce strict discipline, and combat corruption, persevering in this endeavor as if it were an ongoing journey, so as to deepen the work of Party conduct and integrity building. The year 2019 marks the beginning of the implementation of the strategic roadmap set out in the company’s Three-Year Action Plan. All employees, especially Party members and cadres as well as the senior management team, must clearly understand the situation, remain steadfast, and genuinely strengthen their sense of mission, urgency, and responsibility in exercising full and rigorous governance over the Party. To this end, we must first intensify ideological education to solidify the foundation of our ideals and convictions; second, we must strictly observe political discipline and always keep a sense of restraint in our hearts; and third, we must strengthen oversight, disciplinary enforcement, and accountability to establish a new normal of upholding proper conduct and enforcing strict discipline. Third, we must cultivate a political culture, deepen the improvement of work style, and promote the company’s better and higher-quality development. The Party branch and the discipline inspection body must adopt a coordinated approach that integrates discipline, institutional mechanisms, and cultural cultivation, while in practice doing a good job of both purging the corrupt and promoting the upright. Through intensified warning education, exemplary leadership, and efforts to change outdated customs and practices, we will ensure that the spirit of the Central Committee’s Eight-Point Regulation evolves from mere disciplinary constraints and institutional implementation into firmly entrenched values, gradually fostering an atmosphere of striving for goodness and upward progress. To achieve this, we must first consolidate the ideological foundation for deepening the improvement of work style, and second, consolidate the cultural foundation for the same.
