Fire Drills Build a Defensive Line; Safety Awareness Takes Root in People’s Hearts

Safety is of paramount importance; prevention is better than cure. To safeguard the company’s assets and the lives and property of its employees, and to ensure that fire emergency drills are conducted in a standardized and orderly manner, the Equipment Safety and Environmental Protection Department of Zopoise Technology (Zhuzhou) Co., Ltd. convened the second pre-drill briefing for the “Second-Half 2025 Fire Emergency Drill” at 9:00 a.m. on November 14, 2025, at the company’s basketball court. All members of the drill’s task forces and all staff of the Equipment Safety and Environmental Protection Department attended the meeting.
The meeting clearly defined the responsibilities and division of labor for each team: the Comprehensive Coordination Team oversees the overall operation; the Evacuation Guidance Team is responsible for directing and facilitating evacuation; the Photography and Documentation Team records all aspects of the exercise; the Smoke Bomb Deployment Team creates a realistic scenario; and the Fire Safety Demonstration Team conducts hands-on demonstrations. This well-structured personnel arrangement has laid a solid organizational foundation for the smooth execution of the drill.
At 4:45 p.m. that day, the fire emergency drill was officially launched. The company’s basketball court, designated as the emergency evacuation assembly point, had already been fully prepared. “Please cover your mouth and nose, bend low, and move forward quickly while maintaining order!” The on-site announcement echoed throughout the factory grounds, as employees followed the guidance of the evacuation team and evacuated in an orderly manner according to standard procedures. Meanwhile, the photography team meticulously captured every critical moment.
From the meticulously planned pre-event briefing to the well-organized on-site evacuation drill, Zopoise Technology has put its commitment to safety into practice through concrete actions. This exercise not only enhanced employees’ ability to respond effectively to emergencies and evacuate safely, but also strengthened the entire workforce’s awareness of safety precautions, thereby establishing a robust safeguard for the company’s safe production.
